1 Day Quick Changeover Workshop

Many manufacturers ask "what's the current thinking in reducing change-over times and how can we apply it to our situation?"

We believe there's three parts to that:

Well, all three have been welded together in a special one-day hands-on workshop as part of the Productivity Workshops in 2000 series presented by LEARNING and PRODUCTIVITY and the South Australian Centre for Manufacturing (SACFM).

What the workshop teaches

The Quick Changeover one day workshop is designed for production, engineering and maintenance staff who are actively involved in product or tooling changeovers.

As a team they'll learn how to:

• analyse setup and changeover operations
• achieve quick changeovers with minimal capital investment
• measure and appreciate the benefits of Quick Changeover
• develop a detailed action plan
• immediately adopt the workshop's methodologies to their workplace
• maintain the momentum of their changeover endeavours

After attending this excellent one day program, your team will realise just how much easier Quick Changeover can make their own jobs. They'll return highly motivated and want to achieve major improvements in all your other changeover situations, too.
