1 Day Just-In-Time Workshop

This one day workshop introduces you and your team to a manufacturing approach that will enable your company to produce the products your customers want, when they want it, and in the quantities they need.

Rather than mass producing large lots of identical products in the traditional way, storing them, then delivering them as customers place orders, the JIT approach produces a variety of products in smaller quantities, with shorter lead times, to meet individual customer needs.
