Background / Experiences: Bob has served as a leader in the manufacturing industry in many roles at manager and director levels As a consequence he has operational knowledge across a broad spectrum of business management disciplines, ranging from strategy development, market analysis and business planning, product and process design (incl. factory layout). value engineering/analysis, Lean management principles and techniques, programs of sustainable improvement in both direct and indirect functions, product cost and financial analysis, procurement, materials management and logistics (both internal and external), acquisitions, mergers and divestments. Bob has written on a number of business related subjects and this material has been published in both book and paper formats.

MENTORING
Mentors work with SME's in the implementation of business principles and practices aimed at improving productivity, profitability and sustainability. The mentoring program is typically delivered over a six month period with one-on-one sessions being held on the premises, of the business.

The mentors possess a wide variety of qualifications and skills in a range of industries with many years of experience in their field. They have the ability to offer knowledgeable advice and assistance.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The mentoring program is delivered over a six month period with one-on-one sessions being held on the premises of the business. The mentors will attend sessions with the business owners/managers 2-3 times a month to assist with the implementation process and to act as a support mechanism for the people involved.

The mentors will share their knowledge and experience in order to arrive at appropriate recommendations and will provide information regarding relevant tools and techniques on how to apply the recommendations.


ENTERPRISE CONNECT MENTORING

Enterprise Connect Mentoring builds on the outcomes of the Enterprise Connect Business Review through informal learning sessions and one-on-one mentoring.

Enterprise Connect Mentoring will support your business in implementing the recommendations of the Business Review. Utilising an independent and skilled external mentor, your business will be guided through the implementation of the Business Reviews internal recommendations and supported through the continuous improvement process.

Enterprise Connect Mentoring is delivered at your business, over a six month period (1.5 hrs per month). One-to-one, the mentors will work with you to overcome the key impediments to the successful growth of your business.

ENTERPRISE CONNECT MENTORING - DISASTER ASSIST

Enterprise Connect Mentoring - Disaster Assist is specifically tailored to businesses that have been impacted by a natural disaster and have completed an Enterprise Connect Business Review.

The mentoring will be undertaken by an independent and skilled external mentor who will support the rebuilding and recovery of your business.

To assist businesses in their disaster recovery efforts, eligible Enterprise Connect Clients that come under the identified Australian Government Disaster Assist regions will have mentoring costs fully subsidised.
